You can either sew your own, if you're into that kind of thing, or you can order one online. Just use the search words "Birdcage skirt" and you'll find what you're looking for on ebay. The skirt catches **MOST** of the seed and stuff that they toss out of the cage. You'll still have a minor mess, but not what I like to call Rio messes.
