Bird question: How many Conures or budgies or cockatiels and this cage hold? (not trying to mix)?

Well, this isn’t really going to answer your question directly, but, conures, cockatiels or budgies do not like vertical cages. They like cages that are longer than they are high. Also, I would avoid cages that have slide up doors – they can act like a guillotine.
Also, a conure could chew through the bars on those cages quite easily.

The first can hold one conure or cockatiel quite nicely, or two budgies.
The second can hold two birds at least of any of those species and is a great price for that size- I’d go for that, definitely. You could probably hold four budgies in there, if they all get along.
Bigger is always better when it comes to bird cages. Make sure if you get pairs of birds you are ready for the possibility of eggs if you have a male and a female adult pair. Also, if you *want* eggs, only have one pair to a cage.
