What can I do if my bird chokes on strings?
She was hanging from one of the strings in her cage until we saw her and cut the string I dont know what to do or know if she will die please help.

Get that string out of there, put her in a dark box and leave her to recover, then remove ALL the strings from that cage.
where was string? inside mouth? around neck leg? try pepto bismol, in eye dropper , can you pull string out?
We do not know exactly what happened or what kind of bird it is,but if she is still alive and the sting are caught somewhere on the outside of her body,i would cut them(be care full) ,keep her food and water on the bottom of the cage,cover her and do not disturb her(other than checking on her every so often.
